Our IT Help Desk will log the details of your issue onto a new service ticket and in most instances will respond to your issue as soon as possible.
We will clearly identify the charges before we carry out any work, and in most cases will be able to give you an indication of the final cost.

The latest addition to our managed service offering, aimed specifically at customers who want all the benefit of managed services, all the priority of managed services customers, but paying for the support ‘as and when’ needed.
PAYG Plus is the modern equivalent of the old style retainer and it is an ideal solution for companies with their own internal IT first line support.
